Taught by CAC teaching professional, Pat Purcell, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis. No previous tennis experience required for beginning class!
*When purchasing a watch, please note that we use the Polar F5 and Polar FT7 models in class but any watch that checks heart rate, shows average heart rate and calories burned is fine. The Polar F5 is no longer made but the Polar FT7 is available online.
