A nutritional & fitness based support group with weekly seminars on managing weight & maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Participants will learn how to change negative physical, mental, and emotional behaviors into positive ones and in turn increase energy levels, while losing weight and maintain a healthy body weight.

Program consists of 12 one hour group sessions, food journal, menus and recipes, weekly weigh-ins, daily on-line progress check-ins and all course education materials.
