Personal Training

Our professional, certified training staff is available for your assistance. We will assess your current fitness level, inquire and listen to your goals, design a specific plan just for you, and provide guidance, demonstration, safety and motivation to get you there!

Cardiovascular

Whatever your cardiovascular needs are, the Club's cardio theater will meet them. Enjoy the Broadcast Vision cable selection while working out on your choice of machines including treadmills,ellipticals, bikes and stairclimbers. Or take a heart pumping, fat burning trekking treadmill class that is great for all fitness levels.

Strength Training

After your cardio conditioning workout, come and train in the weight room. The Club at Chesterfield offers a wide variety of strength training equipment including free weights and plate loaded machines. For a great core workout we have a variety of abdominal equipment including stability balls, roman chair and ab bench. All members are offered a complimentary orientation which includes proper training on equipment use. Members may also choose from group toning and strengthening classes such as chisel and slow lift.

Aerobics

The Club offers over 14 different aerobic classes including step, stability ball cardio and kickboxing. Our aerobics studio has been designed for maximum performance in sound as well as flooring. Check out our schedule for times and descriptions of our classes.

Yoga

Whatever your sport, fitness level or conditioning goal yoga can take you to the next level. At The Club,our yoga instructors use controlled movements to focus on breathing, balance, posture, flexibility and relaxation in an energized environment. We offer classes morning, evening and weekends to fit your schedule.

Pilates

Based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, The Club's mat based Pilates class will strengthen, tone and lengthen muscles while improving flexibility and posture. The Club also offers Pilates/Yoga flow which integrates both disciplines into one flowing class.

Spinning

Want a great cycling workout inside? Try one of The Club's many spinning classes. The ride will take you uphill, downhill, and back again accompanied by motivating, uplifting music. Bikes are limited, so first come first serve.
