Bring out the Best Athlete in You. Improve your speed and strength with agility training and drills, weight training, plyometrics, reaction time, overall explosiveness, flexibility and balance. Ages 12 and up
- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11:00 am to 12:00 noon
- Session runs June 23 through August 2
Pricing:$150 for members, $180 for non-members Register by June 21, minimum participation required.
