Judy Babitz Judy Babitz received Personal Training and Weight Room Instruction certifications through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America in 1993. She continues to take education courses and stays current on the latest exercise techniques to benefit her clients. As the mother of four, Judy knows how important it is to make time for and take care of yourself. Judy believes that exercise and nutrition go hand in hand and takes great pride in helping others achieve their goals. She is committed to helping people maintain a long, healthy quality of life. Her experience has helped her to provide clients with a safe, effective way to exercise, with positive results. “When you feel good about yourself, it gives your family and friends a positive, healthy image. Tonya Bendigo Tonya is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who earned her degree in 1990 in Physical Education and has been training for over 15 years. Tonya has achieved many group exercise instruction certifications including Mat Science 1 and 2 (Yoga/Pilates), Telefitness and Wave Workout. She has also received certifications from the International Fitness Trainers Association in Pilates and a Boxaerobic Certification. In addition, Tonya received certifications for Sport Yoga, Spinning, Cycle Reebok and Precision Cycle as well as PADI Open Water Diving from the National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association. Tonya believes that with one-on-one or doubles personal training you will benefit from individualized supervision, scientific exercise progression and specific target area training. Tonya also trains for the mind so that each client can learn what to do, how to do it and why you do it. Ty Eggimann Ty is an ACE certified Personal Trainer with 11 years of experience and a wide range of expertise. His education includes a B.S. in Health Management with an emphasis on Fitness and Sports Medicine from Southeast Missouri University. He recently relocated from Indiana where he specialized in speed and agility performance enhancement for individuals as well as high school and college teams. Ty has helped clients from 12 to 75 years old achieve weight loss as well as overall health and wellness goals. Elyse Grosz Elyse has been an AFAA certified personal trainer for 17 years and holds a Master's degree in counseling for both adults and teens. With over 20 years' experience helping all ages, fitness levels and body types, Elyse will design a fitness training program especially for you based on your goals and current fitness level. Elyse specializes in working with individuals who are recovering from physical setbacks such as rehabilitation rebuilding and cardiovascular improvement. As a trainer and a counselor, she will guide you every step of the way to provide encouragement and instruction. In addition to training, Elyse also instructs aerobics classes, weight training, aqua aerobics and flexibility training.

Monroe Harrison Monroe Harrison is a 47 year young lifetime athlete, and has been a Personal Trainer and National Pro Bodybuilder for 10 years. Monroe was certified in 2000 by AFAA and has 27 years of weight training experience. Monroe has been competing in Bodybuilding competitions since 1992, and he received his Pro Card in 2000. Even though this is a sport that Monroe loves, he truly believes this is a lifestyle. He believes it takes discipline, a positive attitude and consistency to create a healthy lifestyle. Monroe has helped two of his clients prepare and compete in fitness competitions in St. Louis and Kansas City. One of his clients, a 40 year old mother of 3, took 1st place while another client, a 30 year old woman, took 3rd place in her first competition. Linda Larson Linda Larson is an AFAA certified trainer and has been training since 2009. A competitive runner, Linda has completed countless 5ks &10ks, 15 1/2 marathons and 4 full marathons, placing in the top 3 in most races. Recently, she qualified for the Boston Marathon. Linda trains both men and women ages 16-75 and has been with the CAC for over 10 years. As a personal trainer and a competitive athlete, Linda knows first-hand how exercise and a healthy lifestyle will change your life forever. Linda will help you define and achieve your fitness goals no matter where you are on your journey - and it is never too late to start! Benita Perkins Benita received her certification in personal training from AFAA in 2005. She received her group certification in 2000 in addition to a certification in cycle by Johnny G. in 2001. She has been teaching Cycle Reebok and Trekking classes for 7 years and still feels the excitement of teaching what she loves. Benita believes that it is extremely important to stay fit to improve your overall quality of life. Feeling good about yourself and your body are all part of living a healthy functional life and can help out with everyday activities. Benita has participated in two 1/2 marathons and multiple 5 and 10k marathons receiving 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for her age category. Benita received her bachelors in education from Stephens College and her masters from Webster University. She enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with her family. Julia Politte Julia holds a BA in Food and Nutrition from Loyola University Chicago, a BS in Exercise Science from University of Missouri St. Louis and is certified as a Personal Trainer, Licensed Dietician, Pre and Post Natal Fitness Instructor, Pilates and Yoga instructor. She brings a diverse background to the personal training arena and is obviously well versed in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. She carries with her a personal philosophy embracing change, having a positive outlook, and goal setting. "Always seek to learn and experience all the world has to offer. Denny Rubin Denny Rubin received his Personal Training certification from AFAA in September of 2004. Denny’s goal is to help his clients live a healthy lifestyle by working on strength, cardio and nutrition. When he is not personal training, he is the instructor of numerous Boot-camp and Slow-lift classes. Denny believes the purpose of slow-lift is to train people to lift weights in a slow and controlled manner to prevent injury. This will be Denny’s 19th season of competing in Triathlons. He has competed in approximately 100 triathlons including the 1/2 ironman. In addition Denny has raced and completed 4 marathons. His clients range in age from teenagers to people in their 80’s.
